找了一段时间的影片

终于找到了

那在orientation week时看到眼泪快喷出来的影片

But somewhere along the line you changed,

You let people stick a finger at your face tell you you're no good
and when things got hard
you start to look for something to blame
like a big shadow.

为什么会开始否定自己

Let me tell you something you already knew.
The world ain't all sunshine and rainbows.
It's a nasty place and I don't care how tough you are
it will beat you to your knees and keep you there permanently if you let it.
You, me or nobody is gonna hit as hard as life.
But it ain't how hard you can hit.
It's about how hard you can get hit and keep moving forward.
How much you can take and KEEP MOVING FORWARD.
THAT IS HOW WINNING IS DONE.
Now if you know that you're worth then go out and get what you worth
but ya gotta be willing to take the hits
and not pointing fingers sayin' you ain't where you wanna be
because of him or her or anybody
COWARDS DO THAT AND THAT AIN'T YOU
YOU'RE BETTER THAN THAT

Yeah I'm better than that

and why should I let myself down?

I don't wanna apologize to myself sayin' that 

I'm sorry I didn't grow up to be who you expected.

I'm not that vulnerable

I'm not that weak.

Why should I let myself be a coward

and hide in my comfort zone?

It's time to gain back my strength and my courage

Never stop fighting 

and never stop moving forward
